S'Mores Bark

Bark is a pretty simple concept: put whatever you like into melted chocolate and let it harden. It takes seconds to assemble, makes a whole lot at once, and is easy to split into pieces for gifting.

I just made s'mores bark. I might need to make more before my husband comes home so it doesn't look like I made and then consumed an entire pan of s'mores bark.

Here's how to make your own. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

honey graham crackers, about 10 whole and a few broken up
handful of mini marshmallows
semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, depending on your preference
Hersheys bars, broken into rectangles

Line a jelly roll pan or baking sheet with sides with parchment paper. Arrange graham crackers to cover as much as the bottom as possible. (Breaking them apart and Tetris-ing them in to cover the most surface area is fine.)

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Remember to stir the chocolate every 45 second, since it will melt unevenly!

Pour the melted chocolate over the graham cracker base. Top with marshmallows, Hersheys, and broken crackers.

Allow to cool, then break apart.

Try not to eat it all in one sitting.
